This  is what I hear for you and for me
You are safe
Release the illusion of not being safe during these times
Go down into the forest of your gut instinct that whispers to you the secret messages you have been longing to hear from outside sources
Wait for the birds to sing to you for they hold the golden records your soul has held for this time
You chose to me here now
Crawl into the cave within your womb that has held regrets and feel it cradle you while it tells you, “You have done no wrong”
This is what I hear for you and for me
The sun is beaming into you with new light waves for our future
Our future that holds the truth of strong love, strong focus and determination to be accepted by Self
This is the vital nutrients for your soils that are thirsty inside of you

These rages are all friendly reminders of what is ready to be seen
All is being seen now
And this is perfect
The monster under your bed, the buzzing in your ears, the aches in your heart, it’s time to ask for the high frequency light waves coming into our Earth now, to soothe the pain by seeing it and leaning into it
We have a helicopter of truth flying above us, blowing up the once hidden debris, and the once hidden darkness, to be held now like a newborn child
Can you give yourself and your pain that much unconditional Love?
You are a healer
When you bare yourself to your vulnerabilities of disgust,  unacceptance, or hatred, you align with the energy of Freedom
Stand naked with yourself in you internal forest, allowing the howls , growls, crackling, and cries to be heard and beam Love

The heaviness in you is ready to be diluted by allowing it to just BE
Just Be and you send the message: I love you Self no matter what
You’re not alone
Stretch on the canvas of the Earth while your internal paint oozes through your skin to the surface to show the world: this used to be me, I see it, I wear it and now I call in the rains to cleanse me
